This notice explains how Sure4invest Ltd, trading as SCprops, uses personal information when you browse, contact us, request a quote or place an order.

When you submit a quote request or proceed with an order, we collect the contact, delivery and order information you provide. This may include your first name, surname, email, phone number, billing or delivery address, country, selected products, quantities and notes. We keep the information needed to manage the order and its payment status.

We receive information you choose to send by email, including project details and reference photographs. Our Contact and Bespoke Orders forms currently prepare an email in your own email app. We receive that enquiry when you send it. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed for your enquiry.

Our website and payment providers process technical information needed to operate their services, maintain security and prevent fraud. This may include IP addresses, device or browser information and security logs.

We use order and delivery information to take steps you request before a purchase, process payments, fulfil orders, arrange delivery, handle returns and respond to you. Our lawful basis is performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering one.

We keep relevant accounting and payment records to meet legal obligations. We use necessary enquiry and security information for our legitimate interests in answering enquiries, operating the website, protecting customers and resolving disputes, taking your rights into account.

Stripe processes card payments and receives the information needed to complete the transaction and prevent fraud. SCprops does not receive or store your full card number or security code. We retain payment references and order status.

Where order email notifications are enabled, our email service uses your order and contact information to send a confirmation and notify SCprops of the sale. A delivery failure does not reverse a confirmed payment or remove the order record. We do not use order messages to add you to a marketing list.

We share only the information needed with our website hosting and storage provider, Stripe, email providers and delivery carriers. Delivery information may also be supplied to customs authorities where required for international shipments. Accountants, professional advisers or authorities may receive relevant records where needed to meet legal obligations or handle a dispute. We do not sell personal information.

The basket is stored in your browser before you submit order or quote details. Administrator sign-in also uses browser storage. Stripe’s payment services may use their own cookies and similar technologies for payment security and fraud prevention.

We do not automatically add visitors to marketing lists. Non-essential tracking, if introduced, will be explained and appropriate consent obtained before use.

Some service providers may process personal information outside the United Kingdom. Where a restricted transfer takes place, applicable UK data protection safeguards apply. Contact us for details of the relevant providers, locations and safeguards.

We retain order and payment records for the periods required by applicable tax and accounting rules and for as long as reasonably needed to handle returns, disputes or legal claims. We retain enquiry messages only while needed to deal with the enquiry and related follow-up. Security records are kept only for an appropriate security purpose. We review retained information and delete or anonymise it when it is no longer needed.

You may ask to access or correct your information, request deletion or restriction, object to certain uses, or receive information in a portable format where the relevant right applies. If processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Email sc2props@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity, and some information must be retained by law.

Providing information for an order is voluntary, but we may be unable to fulfil it without the necessary contact, payment and delivery details. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children for marketing. A parent or guardian should contact us if a child has sent unnecessary information.
