Shipping and Returns

Standard delivery charges are based on the value of the products in your basket. These are fixed customer charges set by SCprops, rather than a quotation of the carrier’s exact cost. The value bands below were approved on 15 October 2026.

For standard shop products sent to a supported destination in the table, checkout calculates one delivery charge per basket and delivery address, using the product subtotal after discounts and excluding delivery. Enter your first name, surname, email, phone number and delivery address. You see the product subtotal, delivery charge and total in pounds sterling, then proceed directly to card payment. No email delivery approval or manually sent payment link is required.

Listed overseas destinations: Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and the United States. Any actual destination or service restriction is shown before payment. Import taxes being payable separately does not itself require a delivery quote.

If your delivery country is not listed, please request a delivery quote and provide the products, quantities and full delivery address. We confirm the complete total before you pay.

The listed amounts are fixed selling charges for standard shop orders. SCprops selects suitable packaging and a carrier service for the actual shipment. Parcel measurements are used for fulfilment; missing measurements do not by themselves turn a listed standard order into an email quote.

Original artworks and bespoke commissions have delivery arrangements agreed for the piece. Their delivery is separate from the standard shop table and its free delivery thresholds. Any delivery amount is confirmed before payment.

SCprops-ART-001 is priced at £2,486.00, with one piece available. The proposed UK delivery charge is £39.95, giving a total of £2,525.95. This delivery option remains unavailable until the selected carrier confirms eligibility for the materials, packaging and required compensation. Overseas delivery is quoted separately.

International delivery charges cover shipping only. Import duties, local taxes and customs clearance fees are not included in your payment to SCprops. You are responsible for paying any applicable charges to your country’s customs authority, government or delivery carrier through their official payment process. These charges are separate from checkout. Your payment to SCprops is the product subtotal plus the delivery charge shown on our website.

A bespoke production schedule is agreed individually. If you need to know the expected dispatch date, please ask us before ordering. UK standard services generally aim to deliver within two to three working days after dispatch; this is not a guaranteed arrival date. International delivery times depend on the destination, service and customs clearance, so please ask us before ordering if timing matters. We will contact you if a known delay affects your order.

Please check the parcel when it arrives. If anything is damaged or missing, email sc2props@gmail.com with reasonable proof of purchase and photographs where possible. Keep the packaging if you can. Prompt reporting helps us investigate and does not limit your legal rights. Returns and refunds are explained in our Returns and Cancellations policy.

This policy explains returns for SCprops orders. The cancellation rights described below apply to consumers buying online. Business purchases may have separately agreed terms. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

For ready-made products and original artworks, the cancellation period ends 14 days after the day you, or a person you nominate, receive the goods. You can also cancel before delivery. Being handmade or one of a kind does not, by itself, remove this right.

Tell us clearly that you wish to cancel by emailing sc2props@gmail.com. Include your order number or other reasonable proof of purchase. You may use the cancellation form below, but this is optional. You then have a further 14 days after notifying us to send the goods back.

You may handle the goods as you would in a shop. If handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning reduces their value, we may make a lawful deduction reflecting that loss. Original packaging is helpful, but is not a blanket condition of your cancellation rights. Please pack the goods securely for return.

For a change-of-mind return, you pay the direct return postage. Where an item cannot normally be returned by post, we must tell you the return cost or a reasonable estimate before you buy. We pay reasonable return costs for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods.

We refund the price paid and the standard outbound delivery charge when you cancel the whole order. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we refund the standard delivery amount. Partial-order delivery refunds depend on which delivery costs remain applicable and your legal rights.

We refund using the original payment method, unless you expressly agree otherwise without a fee. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them, whichever is earlier. We then refund within the applicable 14-day deadline. For an order cancelled before dispatch, we refund within 14 days of being informed. We do not impose a blanket handling or restocking fee.

Goods genuinely made to your specifications or clearly personalised are normally excluded from change-of-mind cancellation. Choosing standard options, being handmade or starting production does not by itself decide whether this exception applies. The design, price, deposit and timing are agreed individually by email. Faulty-goods rights still apply. No fixed 50% deposit or blanket non-refundable rule is introduced by this policy.

If goods are faulty, damaged in transit, incorrect or not as described, contact us. Consumers normally have a short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days of delivery, subject to the legal rules. After that period, repair or replacement may be available, with a price reduction or rejection in qualifying circumstances. Discounted and personalised goods retain the applicable faulty-goods protections.

Minor handmade variations are acceptable only where the goods still match their description and meet legal quality requirements. Normal wear and damage caused by misuse are not in themselves faults. We do not refuse a valid claim simply because a two-day or five-day reporting period has passed.

Please report damage or missing items promptly to sc2props@gmail.com. Send reasonable proof of purchase and photographs of the goods and packaging if possible, and retain the packaging where practical. If damage is visible at delivery, record it with the driver where possible. These requests assist investigation and do not limit your legal rights.

Contact us before sending an item back so we can provide the correct return instructions. Contacting us does not remove your right to cancel by a clear statement within the legal period. Do not send returns to our London registered office.

The agreed price applies to your purchase. A later price change does not automatically change an existing order. We do not substitute expiring store credit for a refund to which you are legally entitled. You do not need to return an entire minimum-order quantity where you are entitled to return only part of it.
